N400: 8a “Have you ever been a member of..."

Part 10 (B), 8a “Have you ever been a member of or associated with any organizations, association…..”

I bet most of us have been the member of our native communities, for example” India association of LA”, may be because you just wanted your kids to be able to participate in the cultural programs held by your community. In such cases, are we supposed to say “yes” in the section mentioned above and provide documentation for that?
Has anyone who has been a member, said yes and provided documentation?

if u are comfortable...

...say yes or just type NO ! They don't care....as long as u are a member of ROTARY international...and social clubs.
